We want you to have the best treatment experience possible, and to ensure you do, we kindly ask that you take into consideration the following -

Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your treatment time to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Late arrival for treatments will shorten your treatment or we may be unable to honor your appointment.

If you have booked a package or any treatment over the value of £75 we recommend you allow a minimum of 2 hours before your treatment to enjoy the spa facilities.

Robes, slippers and towels will be provided. Suitable swimwear must be worn in the pool and thermal areas.

To ensure relaxation we ask that you kindly keep noise to a minimum and switch off mobile phones.
