Here at the Royal Yacht we have had a fabulous Christmas and New Year. It’s been great seeing old faces and new guests enjoying the hospitality of the hotel and letting their hair down. However, with the excitement and excess’ of the festive season come the consequences we all fear. Our clothes feel tighter, our skin looks dull and tired and most of all we loathe those cold dark mornings. Before you know it, we’ve hit the January blues.
